About Jack

Hey! I'm Jack. I live in Northampton currently, but I was born in Birmingham. In my free time I like to cycle, camp, and kayak. I strive to constantly improve myself, and am currently learning French, German, and Swedish. I also push myself physically at the gym, and read every day! I believe that everyone can be one percent better each day. I enjoy looking after my niece and nephew, playing roleplaying games (such as D&D), as well as online games with friends (such as Sid Meier's Civilisation and Minecraft).

I have an extensive background in psychology, and currently work as a learning support assistant at a college in Northampton.

Let’s work to make your learning experience both engaging and effective. ―――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― - Clinical and Counselling Psychology Student: Although I'm yet to complete my Master’s in clinical psychology, I pursued two years of intensive work, including three micro-internships and research, before transitioning to an undergraduate in counselling psychology. I offer tutoring for all levels, both online and in-person. At the age of 17/18, I achieved a first grade with 45/45 distinctions in my access course and maintained a 72% grade throughout my clinical integrated master's programme. - Research and Experience : My experience includes studying at university at a high level, assisting in craniotomy surgery in the Derriford Hospital neurology department, autism research, and paper writing. Currently, I provide support for autistic students and am autistic myself. - Specialisations : I specialise in psychology, sociology, philosophy, and social skills development, especially surrounding autism and anxiety. I have known Jack for about 10 years. Even though he is in the UK and I am in Canada, I am his grand father's best friend. I personally met Jack when he was 10 years old and I have found him to be a very compassionate and intelligent fellow. He has travelled here once and spend time with my wife and I. As my wife has multiple physical and mental disabilities, he has demonstrated patience, kindness and understanding towards her. She is always excited to hear about him whenever he and I chat. I myself am a disabled Veteran with the Canadian Armed forces and I highly recommend Jack as for me personally he has shown to be more compassionate and understanding then any of the personal support workers that I have here in Canada. In closing, I would like to add that I see Jack succeeding in any endeavors that he undertakes.
