About Devina

Growing up in a grammar school environment, I developed a deep appreciation for learning—one that I now strive to instil in my students. I've always loved working with children, starting out as a babysitter before naturally transitioning into tutoring over the past 10 years. While I currently work in HR, tutoring remains a deeply rewarding part of my life.

About the lesson

As a dedicated private tutor specialising in primary education, I believe that every child learns differently—and my goal is to tailor lessons to suit their unique needs. With a patient and supportive approach, I focus on building confidence, strengthening core skills, and making learning an enjoyable experience. Whether it’s mastering maths, improving reading comprehension, or developing critical thinking skills, I adapt my teaching to match each student’s pace and learning style. My aim is not just to help children succeed academically, but to foster a love for learning that lasts a lifetime.
