Barbara tutored my daughter for a year, she was excellent. Barbara listened to the areas in maths she needed help then created a lessons based on these. She helped my daughter ensure she felt confident and this became my daughter’s favourite subject.

Barbara has helped to boost my son’s maths confidence and knowledge over the past year. Areas that he found difficult, she would use visuals to help him to see it and understand what he needed to do. She is very patient even when my son decides he doesn’t want to talk, she can always get him to smile and answer the questions. I like that she does a quick recap of what they did the lesson before to make sure he has retained the information and if he’s forgotten some parts she will go over it again until he gets it. I would highly recommended Barbara and I have certainly seen my son’s confidence grow with his maths thanks to her.
