About Angela
I am a mum of two; a former primary school deputy head teacher and now a fully qualified child and adult yoga teacher. I firmly believe that every body is a yoga body and I want to make yoga accessible to as many people as possible. It’s my belief that it’s never too early or too late to start practising yoga.

These practices start to build a self-regulation toolkit to help us manage our mental, emotional and physical health and well-being.
