I approach all students needs with care, patience and reassurance, promoting a growth mindset. I combine a mix of hands on activities with real world applications that ultimately aid my students to achieve the desired skill aquisition and practical application of those skills.
A typical lesson will run from between 45 minutes to an hour.
I hold a Bachelor of Education with a Primaryschool specialisation obtained in 2017 from the University of Southern Queensland. Since graduating I have had 6 years teaching in Queensland in a low socio-economic area, teaching grade 4 to grade 6 students. I have since moved to South Australia where I am teaching grade 5-6 students.
My lessons are for students in those year levels (4-6). I can differentiate my lessons to accomodate students who are behind in their maths and english or to those who need some extension.
