About Jake

I am a 28 year old Teacher who is passionate about practical child led learning that inspires life long learning. Before becoming a teacher, I worked in the creative industry flying drones, filming adverts and running my own business.

I understand the importance of learning with a practical approach (Don't tell me, show me and let me do it). Every child has the potential to thrive (sometimes we just need the extra support).

In my spare time, I surf, go on adventures with my partner and two Vizslas and explore the hidden beaches of the South West.

I am seeking to support your child with their learning throughout the summer break to help fund house renovations for our first home. I am available weekdays and can provide a custom designed curriculum for your child to meet their individual learning needs.

I am located in Cornwall, but also can be in Bristol.

About the lesson

Lessons are designed with a child first approach. By establishing a clear set of outcomes from you the parent/carer, I will work with your child to provide sessions that are centred around their interests to make learning fun, engaging and memorable.

The best classroom and the richest classroom is roofed only by the sky - As a Primary specialist and PE Lead working in the South West I understand the significant impact outdoor learning can have for our children for all ages.
