About Aimee
Hiya, my name is Aimee and I am 19 years old. I enjoy working with children and young adults and from an early age myself volunteered at my local rainbows group and helped at a local primary school. My first really strong memories of learning a language was in year 4 and I had the most amazing teacher, her enthusiasm for the language inspired me and left a lasting love of languages... I have learnt the value of an excellent teacher. My language journey continued learning French, Spanish and Latin and I won the school Spanish prize many years in a row and won a Spanish scholarship also. I would love to help someone have that same language learning journey that I've had :)

My primary aim is to pass on my passion and enthusiasm for the subject. I believe if you enjoy the subject you will learn it so much more effectively. I like to provide visuals to help learn key words, phrases and grammatical points. Repetition is also vital to help remember verb endings that are so important in languages. Lesson length varies by level and age, and can be negotiated. I would like to set them a task to do during the week which will support the lesson we will have just covered and will aid with repetition. Lessons from beginner to A Level, whether your child is wanting to experience Spanish for the first time, prepare for GCSEs, or transition from GCSE to A Level I can help.
