About James

I’m a 28-year-old tutor in my third year of teaching, with a background that combines academic excellence and hands-on experience. When I’m not tutoring, I work as an entrepreneur on my family estate, which allows me the flexibility to schedule lessons at times that suit you. I have a passion for learning and sharing knowledge across a wide range of subjects. I'm especially strong in the sciences (Physics, Biology, Chemistry) and Mathematics, but I also have a deep interest and solid background in History and Geography. I'm naturally at ease with younger students and enjoy adapting my teaching style to bring out the best in each student. Education: St. Paul’s School - 10 A*s 1A (GCSE), A*A*AB (A-Levels) Princeton University – Psychology major, coursework in History, Chemistry, Econ ESADE Business School - Master in Management

About the lesson

I like to make sure my tutoring is tailored to the specific student and their needs. As such I don’t use boilerplate lessons and create new PowerPoints and question sets for each one to make our sessions as time-effective as possible. Such prep work tends to be equal, or at least half, of the length of the session itself.
