When I started my career in Business Analysis, I didn't know where to begin or end the BA activities. In fact, I was mostly confused with all the tools and techniques, especially when to use them. While the theories are helpful, I lacked situational awareness and a live project isn't the best environment to test my understanding. So, I want to use this platform to take you through an immersive experience in Business Analysis, so you'll know exactly what to do, when to do it, and how to do it.
More importantly, the key is to coach not on what can be read and found on the internet but on the tacit knowledge from a decade's worth of experience with a complete alignment to IIBA best practices and scrum/Scaled Agile.
I aim to provide three specific services to the IT community.
1. Coaching for Business Analysis professionals to improve their Business Analysis performance in each BA stage. I'll be taking you through the Scaled Agile delivery mechanisms to ensure you can blend agility into the Requirements Engineering practices. Aside from the expected, I'll train you to create requirement models and frameworks to resolve complex problems seamlessly
2. Teaching Business Analysis to beginners ( IT undergrads and IT professionals wishing to switch to BA) who are interested in a BA career. The target is to teach you all the essentials to become a competent Business Analyst who can easily ace all the interviews and perform without limits
3. The IT undergraduates looking for help in Business Analysis/Requirements Engineering/Agile-related modules in their degree programs
