I have been an Ashtanga Yoga teacher for less than 1 years and have worked with small groups of people from 15 to 30 years old. I teach beginners in Yoga or Ashtanga mode who seek to improve their breathing, flexibility, spirituality or really seek a radical change of life (for the better).
