I am a passionate and dedicated musician with a lifelong connection to the piano.
I enjoy working with both children and adults and value patience, clarity and encouragement in every lesson.
My aim is to create a relaxed, supportive environment where students feel motivated, understood and confident in their musical journey.

I have over 20 years of experience teaching piano, with a highly personalised approach tailored to each student.
I help children and adults develop real understanding, confidence and independence, rather than mechanical memorisation.
I also support students preparing for grades, exploring different musical styles, and developing practical skills.
Alongside teaching, I am also an active performing pianist and composer. I regularly give piano recitals and have extended experience in accompaniment, composition and creative work at the piano. This practical, real-world musical background allows me to support students not only technically and theoretically, but also creatively, helping them develop musical intuition, confidence and versatility across different styles.
