About Marily

I have been dancing since I was young, starting with classical dance then modern jazz, contemporary, hip hop, house etc ... I started pole 5 years ago because I wanted to do gymnastics but being too old I decided to getinto pole dance and all the disciplines that generally go with it: silks and aerial hoop that I also do at home. (And in some studios, the chair dance.)

Loving these sports and always having the desire to help / encourage others and to see their progress, I in turn wanted to give lessons. During a period in Japan, I taught a friend regularly and it confirmed my want to teach ! Creating my own studio at home, I love being able to share the pleasures of this sport with other curious or connoisseurs !

I am also a teacher at Pole Athletics Studio in Noville since august 2020. I teach pole flow, pole and stretching classes.

I am currently doing a training program with Xpert fitness to teach kids (from age 6) pole dance, aerial hoop, silks and hammock.

I hope I can continue training and learning to be the best out there.

About the lesson

Due to COVID-19, classes will be online only, with the hope that soon it will change. Prices shown are valid for webcam lessons only. Available at any time (morning, noon, evening) unless otherwise specified.

You got yourself a pole during lockdown but don't know where to start ? Or maybe you are already experienced and you like taking classes and want to learn more ?

I will guide you from A to Z whatever your level and your space. I will just need you and a pole. The motivation, I will gladly give it to you :)

I adapt classes according to needs. Choreographies, pole shapes, handstands, combos, low flow... barefoot, in socks or even in heels, everything is possible with me !

Usually I start with a warm-up that lasts 5 to 15 mins or even 20 if you want to work more on flexibility or weight training. The 5 mins are intensive (cardio, muscle strengthening and active flexibility always doing cardio) to have more time to learn the choreographies in particular. But the choreos can take several days, just like the sequences, we can discuss about it.

Optional, some strengthening exercises on the pole to familiarize yourself and warm it up to better grip to it.

At the end of the class, a stretching and cool down to avoid aching muscles the next day. Even if it exceeds the class by a few minutes I will not say anything because it is important !

No prerequisites necessary, strength and flexibility can be worked on :)
I couldn't do a push-up 5 years ago ... now I can do 50 if I want !

If you take several lessons by webcam, the prices are as follows:

1 class: 25 CHF
5 classes: 100 CHF (20CHF / class)
10 classes: 150 CHF (15CHF / class)

When normal private lessons will be possible at my studio, the prices are:

30% less for the first card (5 classes or 10 classes) and still the first free trial class

1 class: 60 CHF
5 classes: 250 CHF (50CHF / class)
10 classes: 450 CHF (45CHF / class)
