About Youssef
After a first assessment session (free), We will complete a quick questionnaire together allowing me to have all the necessary information for your future training plan. My goal is to accompany you both inside and outside the room (phone-text), to leave no room for chance and achieve your goals. During my career, I have specialized in WEIGHT LOSS and improving body condition through MUSCLE BUILDING. The workouts will take place at your home, outside or gym. I also offer courses by webcam individually or in small groups.
