About Elizabeth
I am a former national long-distance swimmer with over 20 years of experience both competing and coaching. My background includes open-water swimming, triathlon preparation, stroke and turn mastery, and performance mindset coaching. I work with swimmers of all levels—from beginners to elite athletes—helping them refine technique, build confidence, and push toward their goals. I’ve supported countless athletes in improving efficiency, endurance, and race readiness, and I’m currently training for my own triathlon, which keeps me closely connected to the athlete journey.
