Russell taught both our son and daughter GCSE and Alevel Maths and helped them to dramatically improve their grades and get onto their first choice university programmes. However even more wonderfully our kids looked forward to tutoring every week as they so loved their time with Russell - he is incredibly kind and motivating and has a really natural ability to simplify the complex for young people. I came across Russell on Superprof a few years ago. All his reviews were outstanding so I got in touch and he hasn't disappointed! He has tutored (and still is!) our three children: 2 going through 11+ and one ahead of her GCSEs. We have always been delighted with him because he knows how to engage with children and deliver fun lessons. My three really like his teaching and how he explains challenging topics. After a session with Russell I've heard many times things like: "he is such a brilliant teacher, I understand it now!" He also gives constructive feedback to parents which is also very helpful. Russell has been teaching my daughter and son for over a year now (at A-level and GCSE level) and is truly a first class tutor. He is not only a hugely gifted maths teacher but is also incredibly kind, with a natural talent for motivating young people.
