I am an engineer. I chose the profession of teaching due to my passion for it. I always wanted to contribute to the betterment of society and teaching seems appropriate for it. I have taught in schools and private tuitions over the last 4 years.

My approach is to first develop a love for learning. Every child learns differently. I have to identify their motivation and deliver a method tailor made for them. If a student is enjoying the class, automatically the results will improve. Education should be knowledge oriented as opposed to result-oriented.
