L’explication d’une matière de cours peut se faire de différentes façons. Parfois, les explications données à l’école ne sont pas suffisantes pour la compréhension de la nouvelle matière. Plusieurs étudiants ont indiqué qu’ils ont de la difficulté à comprendre et que le temps alloué en classe ne leur permet pas de poser des questions approfondies ou bien ils ne se sentent pas à l’aise de poser des questions en salle de classe. D’autres, n’arrivent toujours pas à bien comprendre malgré les explications répétitives. Francis a le don d’expliquer d’une façon qui est très simple à comprendre.
