About Meaghan
Meaghan Alvarado, Owner of Private Yoga St. Augustine, has been practicing yoga since 2009 and started teaching in 2015. Her training at Discovery Yoga in the Kripalu lineage lends itself well to beginners and advanced yogis alike. It truly is the yoga for every BODY.

Private Yoga St. Augustine was started by Meaghan Alvarado, RYT 500, in 2019. Our instructors are trained in a variety of yoga lineages such as Kripalu, Yin, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Chair Yoga. We also have Pilates teachers. Depending on your needs, we're happy to design a class or ongoing plan for you!
