About ELISA
Hello, After many years of suffering from anxiety, addictions, eating disorders and not understanding my emotions, I discovered Yoga in 2016. It was a revelation: to feel safe in my body, comfortable with my thoughts for the first time in my life. I decided to train myself to share this fabulous art of living; I went to India for several months and I have been giving individual and group lessons for over 3 years. Installed in Albi after a trip to Australia, I am keen to support each person in weaving a bond of respect, openness and serenity with his body / mind, to understand and release emotions, to calm down over the long term. . I still continue to train myself, passionate about psychology, neuroscience and dance. I weave in the various practices that I know to offer individualized and holistic content.

Emotional support for adolescents I specialize in mental health (anxiety, depression, stress ...). I also work in companies to facilitate group cohesion, conflict management and the easing of tensions in the workplace (physical and mental).
