Hi yogi!
I am Sandra a certified Yoga Teacher specialised in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga.
With over 10 years of experience, I am looking forward to sharing my passion with you and guide you through your journey.
My classes combine not only the physical activity of yoga but also the spiritual side of the yogic lifestyle, to help you find balance between your mind and body, as well as guiding you through a path of self development and self awareness.

I am Sandra a certified Yoga Teacher specialised in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga.
I offer one-on-one private yoga classes for couples, as I believe practising together can be a wonderful way to keep each other accountable as you begin this journey.
Private classes are the perfect way start if you a new yogi or to take your yoga practice to the next level if you have been practising for a while. My aim is to create a personalised experience for you and your partner that you can actually enjoy and share together.
Combining not only the physical activity of yoga but also the spiritual side of the yogic lifestyle, my classes are focused on helping you find balance between your mind and body, as well as guiding you through a path of self development and self awareness.
