About Lucas
I am a lawyer and concurseiro, graduated in Law from Mackenzie Presbyterian University since June / 2019, passed the OAB exam (second phase in Civil Law) in the 9th semester and overall average 9.6 in college. The methodology used for the classes will be expository, teaching concepts and taking a not only theoretical but also practical approach (with several and illuminating examples on all subjects), in order to facilitate understanding and learning. Any doubts about the subject and related issues will be resolved in order to promote a broad understanding of the subject, with explanations in different ways and use of concrete examples and cases (real cases).

I am a lawyer and concurseiro, graduated in Law from Mackenzie Presbyterian University since June / 2019, passed the OAB exam (second phase in Civil Law) in the 9th semester and overall average 9.6 in college. I was a monitor of Civil Law (Legal Facts) and had my TCC - which dealt with civil liability - approved with the concept of Excellence and nomination for the best TCC award. I am currently a postgraduate student in Civil Procedure at PUC-SP. I want to impart maximum knowledge in a light and free manner to those who are interested in learning and developing more easily in the area of law.
