About Alex

My method consists of a pre-assessment of the student's problem, everyone is one way or another looking to solve problems, after that, as long as the problem can be solved by applying tools in my expertise field, I will try to work it as practical as possible focused on the problem to be solved, combining didactic materials and files when necessary. I offer a first free evaluation, where I can listen to your needs and most likely comment on the possibilities in my range, I am sure that we will have great chances of developing and solving many challenges together. Hello!

My name is Alex Resquin Silingovschi, my main formation is Production Engineering, I am a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with 8 years of experience in leading multinational industries, always working in the areas of Management, Process Engineering, Projects and Continuous Improvement.

In addition to being an Engineer, I am also a Specialist in Industrial Process Management by Unicamp and I can communicate fluently in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

In these 8 years of experience, I have held various positions as Intern, Assistant, Analyst, Specialist and currently Supervisor in a regional role. I spent an average of less than 1.5 years in a position during this period and I owe this growth to the speed of learning, ease of dealing with people in different situations and, more importantly, generating significant results.

During my career I developed in practice several skills that make me, therefore, able to exercise training, problem solving, coaching and mentoring in the following areas ordered by skill level:
