About Zoe

I’m Zoe, I’m 22 years old and I graduated from the Ukrainian Ballet Academy in Milan, while getting my Advanced 2 RAD certification as well. I’m dedicated to the practice of Pilates and Yoga and find it amazing how they can help dancers feel more comfortable in their bodies and minds.

About the lesson

Depending on your goals, get the chance to train privately in a positive, peaceful environment! I’ll help you achieve your goals ballet wise with the help of Yoga and Pilates practices. Muscles conditioning, stretching and feeling good in your mind and body and stronger during your ballet classes!
