About Mariam
I am Mariam, profesora de español, I have a PhD in Spanish linguistics with extensive experience in language teaching and research. I graduated in Hispanic department at faculty of Salamanca Spain 2006 and obtained my Master’s degree in Spanish Linguistics in 2017. I have 14 years experience in teaching Spanish, I have worked as a teacher of Spanish in primary schools, secondary and university, which has allowed me to develop a great ability to adapt to the needs and learning styles of all ages and levels. My approach is based on constant communication and interaction. I adapt each class to the student’s needs, combining grammar, vocabulary, reading and conversation in a dynamic way. I also incorporate authentic technology tools and materials to make learning effective and motivating. My objective is: Help my students achieve the fluency and confidence necessary to communicate in Spanish in any context, enjoying the process of learning
