About Luke
I am a British actor from London that trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (MA Classical Acting). I work as an actor and communication coach for several high profile businesses such as Apple, BMW, L'Oréal and Santander. I am a trained TEFL teacher having taught and lived in Spain and France and speak both French and Spanish fluently. I have a BA degree in English and French and I have been teaching accent reduction to English as a second language students for the last 7 years. I have taught over 300 students in TEFL, presentation skills, accent reduction and difficult conversations to enhance workplace performance. I have worked in TV, film, stage, commercials and voiceover for many years.

I teach from a coaching perspective, inviting you to participate and practice as much as possible. Classes are tailored to your needs and I present tools that you can use to immediately enhance your workplace communication and effectiveness. I have trained as a senior coach with London Speech Workshop in presentation and communication skills.
Having lived in France and Spain, I know the unique challenges of trying to express yourself with native speakers and how this can lead to both misunderstandings as well as some embarrassment. While this is part of the journey (and the fun), I believe that some support can help people to maximise connection with others as well as greatly improve job and social prospects. I begin by getting to know your needs and concerns, and while doing so take a diagnostic of where you need help. We will then set a certain number of classes to reduce accent and review progress regularly. I have taught students from Greece, Spain, France, Japan, China, Brazil, Russia and Italy, so I have insight into the sounds that people struggle with and proven methods to help with their unique challenges. My goal is to build confidence so that students can express themselves easily and clearly, while celebrating the individual voices and accents that they have. Lessons are fun and engaging as well as being well planned and targeted.

Luke is an amazing teacher and human being.
