Professional 11+ and 13+ Common Entrance, GCSE, iGCSE and A-level Maths Teacher

We have been working with Yu for 6 months, Yu has been preparing my son for 7+ Kings College Wimbledon exam. Yu is quite simply amazing! She is incredibly patient, diligent and focused. She provided excellent materials for all the sessions and set HW as necessary. My son adored her and worked very hard for her to achieve a place at Kings. I would highly recommend Yu as a maths tutor.

Yu prepared my daughter to 13 plus sevenoaks school exam. She was always challenging my daughter with different set of exams and exercises and provided the resources she needs to study from.

Yu helped prepare my son for 13+ examinations for a period of 3 months. Through practice papers she helped him improve his speed and acccuracy and tackle the most challenging questions. My son really enjoyes his lessons with Yu.

Yu started tutoring my son in October for 11+ exams in January. He had the core knowledge but has never done any 11+ test papers. Yu did uncountable number of 11+ /13+ past test papers and His confidence grew with every single paper. He was looking forward to Yu’s sessions and was so fond of doing the homework. Chloe (Yu) was our son's tutor and gave him maths lessons to prepare him for 11+ and 13+ exams. We had moved to the UK just 4 months prior to the exams, hence our son had intensive lessons for 4 months with Chloe. She managed to teach him the entire curriculum (which is different to his background) within a very short period. Chloe is disciplined, patient, and structured in her approach. Yu is a very good teacher, who is very encouraging and enthusiastic with every lesson. She is very good at catering to your needs and helping you to work on your weak areas. The volcabulary I was taught was very sophiscated and high level to enable me to reach my full potential and achieve good marks. My lessons I had were very useful for my mandarin exams. She has full knowledge on the exam boards which is very useful. I feel privileged to have had a teacher like Yu.

Ms Yu managed to get my daughter through the 11+exam without any problems in a very short period of time. The first lesson was about 5weeks to the first 11+ Paper.

Yu has been teaching English and Maths with my son for 2 and a half. Years. His last Parents Meeting Max reached well above average for his maths, and above average in English. Yu is a competent, reliable, passionate teacher. I would recommend her to any student.
