About Paul
I am an Artist and a Teaching Artist. I have a degree from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. I worked in Chicago as a working and teaching artist forever. I have taught small and large groups, from grades K-12. I have taught drawing, painting, sculpture, and mixed media—large and small projects. I created murals solo and with students. I show artworks in galleries and other public spaces.

I practice creating artworks almost daily and specialize in drawing. I believe I can teach anyone how to draw, and on many levels. I have taught small and large groups, from grades K-12. I have taught drawing, painting, sculpture, and mixed media. What sets me apart from an art teacher is that I am a teaching artist—which means I bring my practice into the classroom. I share a passion with students that I believe is inspiring. I like to meet my students where they are in skill level then push forward.
