About Bogi
I’m a young professional rugby player and have been in and around professional sporting environments since a very young age. Fitness is my absolute passion and it’s something I purely enjoy. Along with that, I love helping people. So to have the opportunity to help people through fitness brings more joy and fulfillment to me probably more than you. I’m a very dedicated young man, who strives for the best and just wants the best out of myself and anyone that I’m working with. If there’s anything I can do to contribute to someone’s life with their fitness journey, I will gladly do so

My program is made for anyone who is looking to step into their fitness journey and take it to the next level. Whether that’s trying to get off the couch and doing something active or someone who is looking to gain more strength and power for their sports.
I will be providing:
- An individual specified fitness program that will run for 8 weeks. With weekly check ups and plans working around your fitness journey ensuring that we both get the result we’re after
