IM AM A CAKE DECORATOR AND BAKER, I USUALLY HOLD COURSES IN PERSON , THIS IS THE FIRST ONLINE COURSE PROGRAM FOR ME. I HAVE TAUGHT 8 STUDENTS SO FAR OUT OF WHICH 3 HAVE GONE ON TO START THEIT OWN BAKING BUSINESS. CLASSES WILL START YOU FROM BASICS NO MATTER THE SKILL LEVEL YOU ALEADY POSSESS.

MY TEACHING METHOD IS ABOUT GETTING THE BASICS RIGHT. BAKING ENCOURAGES CREATIVITY BUT A GOOD GRASP OF THE BASICS IS REQUIRED TO APPLY CREATIVITY TO THE ART. WE WILL GO OVER EACH TOPIC RIGHT FOM THE BASICS AND WORK OUR WAY UP FROM THERE.
