About Natalia

I teach classical ballet technique, pointe, variation + competition prep, classes for rhythmic gymnasts, floor barre, body conditioning, stretching. Ballet requires such precision of execution, such focus and self-control like no other form of dance. Constantly lifting and raising the body on the tips of your toes brings an elevated state of mind as well. I welcome everyone who loves dance, music, grace and who's willing to work diligently towards their goals: *it could be a dream of becoming a professional ballerina; * an aim for a gymnast or figure skater to become more expressive and technically clean; *or simply develop a pleasant routine of physical exercise that gives peace of mind for mature ladies; *or for a young girl - to have great posture and walk with grace through her life! I tailor my sessions of classes to each individual considering their goals and meeting their challenges.

About the lesson

Born in Russia, Natalia received her professional education at the School of the State Musical Theater of Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg) under the patronage of the esteemed choreographer Igor Bielsky.
Her main classical ballet teacher, whom she is immensely grateful for was ballerina of Mikhailovsky Theater, honored pedagogue Kira Kniazeva - one of the favorite students of the great Agrippina Vaganova, so Natalia's knowledge and teaching approach comes first hand.

My daughter had the pleasure of taking private ballet lessons with Natalia, and I can confidently say she is one of the best teachers she’ve ever worked with.

Natalia is not only an exceptional ballet instructor, but she also brings a deep understanding of ballet history and technique that enriches every lesson. Her teaching style is supportive, detailed, and tailored to each student’s needs, no matter their level.

She creates a positive and focused learning environment, and her passion for dance is truly inspiring. She always leave her classes feeling more confident, motivated, and connected to the art of ballet.

My daughter and I highly recommend Natalia to anyone in the Superprof community looking to improve their ballet skills or deepen their knowledge of ballet history!

Natalia is by far the best ballet teacher I’ve ever had. She’s a master of the Russian/Vaganova technique and ballet history, but also the most caring and supportive when it comes to her students. Working with Natalia, you will see great progress and have a fun, wonderful time!
