I am a professional baseball player in the New York Mets system. I have played baseball since I was 7 years old (23 now) and have extensive knowledge of baseball basics, advanced baseball techniques, college recruiting, weight training, injury prevention, and nutrition.

I like to initially assess my students and then work step by step to improve portions of their mechanics or approaches. I think this works well in sports as it pares down the lesson to one or two actions and does not overwhelm the student. I also focus highly on student health, as I believe that is paramount in sport.
