About Iqra

I’m a highly flexible and optimistic person and friendly enough that I do not get fed up with repeated questioning. That’s what makes me best suited for my role and teaching. I hold certificates from recognised institutions for teaching. I can build up positive connections with students to engage with learning.

About the lesson

I highly believe that two-way approach for teaching is best to teach when helping students. It develops ability to understand and answer questions promptly. My lesson varies from 1 hour to 2 depending upon child learning style. As for my education, I am a qualified accountant and have completed postgraduate from University of Brighton. I have been teaching in schools since 2017 and working as a professional accountant and business entrepreneur. I would like to help GCSE and A level students with their learning.

Iqra is a brilliant teacher and made a real difference to my nieces’ learning. They are both in primary school and gained so much confidence through her teaching. She explained things clearly, kept them engaged, and really helped them understand key topics. Her support with SATs preparation was especially valuable and helped prepare them well for the transition to secondary school. I would highly recommend her to any parent looking for a dedicated and effective teacher.

Iqra is an excellent tutor. She supported my daughter when she was in Year 6 and explained concepts very clearly and patiently. My daughter gained confidence, improved her understanding, and felt much more positive about her learning. Iqra is reliable, encouraging, and adapts her teaching to suit the child’s level. I would highly recommend her to any parent looking for a supportive and effective tutor.
