About Timothy
I am a professional chef with 30+ years experience in high-end restaurants. I have spent most of the last ten years studying deep into traditional and pre-colonial Chinese, Korean, Filipino, and Southeast Asian cuisines. I will also be teaching culinary history of the regional cuisine of the student's area of interest.
