About Avery
I'm sure while reading this you are asking yourself why should I pay you to teach me how to cook, well I have completed a culinary program myself earning very high accolades along with winning multiple culinary competitions including scoring the highest at the national event for my program. I currently spend my time traveling the country doing pop-up dinners with multiple high-end courses per dinner. My proudest accomplishment was my very first student who in 6 weeks went from struggling to mince garlic to being able to plan and execute a 3-course meal.

The way I like to help my students is by hands on learning. A typical way this would work is the first meeting will be establishing a baseline for culinary knowledge whether that's beginning to cook or wanting to enhance cooking skills. I have had the privilege of working under high-end chefs that have helped me become the chef I am today. These lessons are for any level of cooking regardless if you've only made ramen or work as a professional, my only goal is to share my passion and knowledge with anyone who wants to come and learn.
