About Salvatore
I am a professional chef with twenty years of experience in various restaurants and hotels in Italy and abroad. My studies at Alma ((concealed information) and my experiences in 5-star hotels and restaurants awarded with Michelin stars, have certainly influenced me to refine my cooking techniques, but, above all, they have seriously affected me. inculcated the philosophy of haute cuisine. Over the past 10 years I have had various experiences as a kitchen chef in London, Bodrum (Turkey), Moscow and Malta for the start-up and openings of very popular city restaurants. In 2019 I opened my restaurant in Catania ((concealed information) at the historic fish market in the heart of the city.
