About Stephen
I have a fascination with human movement and biomechanics and it is my passion to share the concepts and finer pointers of both striking and grappling to spring martial artists and fighters.
Former South African Champion kickboxer with over 20 years of martial arts experience. Turned professional Coach with sports Science qualifications and certification.
Trained and coached in various gyms and martial arts around the world (South Africa, England, Dubai, Vietnam).
In addition to modern methods, I love to teach ancient warrior training methods used by various warrior cultures throughout history.
