About Holly

Hi! My name is Holly, and I am a passionate professional educator with a genuine love for lifelong learning. I offer support and coaching in all areas of education and creative interests, with a focus on academic/life skills, executive functioning, learning|behavior, and teaching techniques. The result is helping others reach goals, self-motivation, and inspiration through a personalized teaching method, based on individual learning style(s), interests, and understanding the importance of "not one size fits all". I believe in using a hands-on, project-based, and creative approach to support/mentor each student, which reflects a "long term" mindset, while strengthening real-life skills and tools.

I have a Master’s degree in Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Human Development). I offer remote & some on-site support/tutoring/mentorship services for students, individuals, educators, entrepreneurs, and organizations.

I have a background working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of areas including: education, psychology, business, management, music/art, event coordination, entrepreneurship, life skills/coaching, executive functioning techniques, hospitality, etc.

I have had the opportunity to start and successfully grow three of my own businesses, provide educational services in all academic areas to multi-age groups in schools, universities, mental health facilities, music/art studios, & hospitality environments.

To me it is not just about the teaching, but a continuous love of learning about the world. I genuinely love helping others grow into their own passions and life goals while providing the tools that align with their future self, vision, and immediate, transitional, and long-term goals.
I enjoy helping people turn ideas and visions into real-life plans and successful outcomes, while instilling the importance of what success truly means to them.

About the lesson

Not a “one size fits all” approach. I believe in using a hands-on, project-based, and creative approach to support/mentor each student, which reflects a "long term" mindset and strengthens real-life skills and tools. While I specialize in executive function techniques, learning, and behavior, I genuinely love to educate and support in all areas. I focus on providing a personalized, creative, educational, and 'real life experience' approach while combining all learning styles to each session. I recognize the importance of highlighting each student's needs, and filling in the gaps that will lead to strengthening their inspiration and motivation to set goals and learn what success looks like to them-providing the tools (and how to overcome challenges) to get there.

I work together with the student and their internal support systems to determine a plan that best reflects them in their learning journey, such as structure/organization, music, art, and/or specific interests, etc. that we can use together; to not only make learning fun, but apply it to everyday life.
