Hello! I am Nilesh, a passionate software developer and dedicated coding educator with over 13 years of experience. My journey in technology has always been driven by a deep fascination with building things from the ground up, specifically focusing on full-stack web development and robust programming languages like Java and JavaScript.
I transitioned into education because I genuinely believe coding is the ultimate creative tool for the next generation. Over the years, I have had the absolute privilege of mentoring a diverse group of students globally—from the USA to India—helping them turn their curiosity into tangible skills.
As a teacher, my approach is patient, highly encouraging, and deeply invested in my students' long-term success. I understand that learning to code can feel like learning a foreign language, which is why my goal is to make the process accessible, fun, and highly rewarding. For younger students, we focus on block-based platforms like Scratch and Code.org to establish foundational algorithmic thinking. As they progress, I guide them through a seamless transition into robust text-based languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, and C++.

> 1. **Concept Breakdown (10 mins):** We introduce a new programming concept and dissect the logic using relatable, real-world examples.
> 2. **Live Building (35 mins):** We code together in real-time, immediately applying the new logic to our ongoing project.
