I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement)
- Masters in Applied Science (Exercise Rehabilitation)
Recently retired professional cricketer who played in the Women's Big Bash League (WBBL).
I can offer online tutoring for Exercise Physiology and give online coaching for Strength and Conditioning and Injury Rehabilitation programs.

My philosophy as an Exercise Physiologist is to give people the skills, knowledge and confidence to achieve their health and well-being goals.
I have mainly worked with athletes but am able to provide services for general population also.
I can provide online coaching/tutoring or face-to-face services depending on location.
