About Dasha

About Me My name is Daria Naumova, and I am a professional choreographer and dancer with over 18 years of international stage experience. I hold a First Class Honours degree in Dance and Performance from Buckinghamshire New University, where I was awarded Coach of the Year and Choreographer of the Year. Throughout my career, I have performed across Europe, Asia, and the UK, and created award-winning choreographies for university competitions and professional shows, including appearances on Britain’s Got Talent and at the HeelsUp Summer Fest. I am deeply passionate about teaching because dance has shaped my life in the most inspiring ways, and I want to share that same experience with others. My goal as a teacher is not only to help students master technique, but also to build their confidence, creativity, and joy in movement. I believe every dancer — beginner or advanced, child or adult — has their own unique potential, and my teaching is always tailored to bring out the very best in each individual. With me, you can expect lessons that are professional, structured, and challenging, but also supportive, encouraging, and full of energy. I am committed to creating a safe and motivating environment where my students feel empowered to push themselves, grow, and truly enjoy the art of dance.

About the lesson

Techniques & Teaching Methodology My teaching approach is highly personalised: I adapt every lesson to the student’s level, goals, and strengths. I combine technical training with creativity, ensuring students not only master the fundamentals but also gain confidence, expression, and stage presence. I place a strong focus on musicality, body awareness, and safe practice to build solid technique while keeping lessons engaging and inspiring. Lesson Length Each session typically lasts 1.5 hours, with time dedicated to warm-up, technique, choreography, and individual feedback. Qualifications & Experience BA (Hons) Dance and Performance (First Class) — Buckinghamshire New University 18+ years of international dance experience (Russia, UK, Turkey, UAE, India, China, Morocco) Professional choreographer and performer in ballet, contemporary, jazz, heels, commercial, and street dance Awarded Coach of the Year and Choreographer of the Year by Buckinghamshire New University Competition-winning choreographies across UK universities Professional performances including Britain’s Got Talent and HeelsUp Summer Fest Who Are the Lessons For? My lessons are open to all ages and levels: Beginners looking to build a strong foundation Intermediate dancers who want to refine their skills and broaden their repertoire Advanced dancers aiming to polish technique, prepare for performances, or competitions Children, teens, and adults — classes tailored individually or in small groups

Pricing Information My standard hourly rate is £45, which includes my preparation time, teaching materials, and personalised lesson planning tailored to each student’s goals and level. For new students, the first class is offered at a reduced rate of £25 — a great opportunity to get to know my teaching style before committing further. If a studio or classroom space needs to be booked, the rental fee will be added on top of the hourly rate, and I’ll always confirm this in advance
