About Feldman

I started giving private lessons to children during my bachelor years, 6 years ago. After my master studies in Paris I worked for 2 years in the conservatory of Lod (Israel) as head of the string instrument department and teacher of double bass. I also guided the string instruments of the orchestras "hovevei ha musica", "bnei hakibutzim" and that of the conservatory of Lod

About the lesson

Passionate about the world of music and double bass, I have developed a method that allows everyone, children and adults, to discover this universe through pleasure, to make quick progress and consequently to achieve a real understanding, control, high level and joy from music. In addition to mastering the instrument and the ear, I teach the awakening of music to classes of young children, sound poetry as well as instrumental improvisation for all age groups. .
The relationship with the instrument is a relationship with the soul and the body. This is why I design a global, fun and philosophical approach to music adapted to everyone's needs. I thus develop in my courses, creativity, spontaneity, the desire to surpass oneself, the sense of self and of the other.
Thanks to my studies in different regions of the planet (Israel, France, Germany, United States, Belgium) I was able to broaden my musical horizons, deepen my knowledge and my mastery of the instrument (for exampleI play with a German bow as well as the the French bow). I like to experiment with the sounds of the double bass in the whole range of its possibilities and allow students the same approach. My playful approach to music also weaves excellent contact with students, children and adults

Perfect!

He always stayes calm and patient during my sometimes sweaty lessons in contrabass. He is very friendly and even after a hard hour of practise he still helps my with a smile and a joke. He is an open and warm person who is so passionated by music. Not only in classical music. That makes studying by him so much lighter and freer. I couldn't wish myself for a better teacher.
