About Quintessa
With 19 years of ESL teaching experience, I am dedicated to helping students succeed in English. I teach high school and college students and focus on making learning clear and effective. I have worked with around 150 to 200 students, which has helped me become a flexible and patient teacher.
A major milestone in my career has been helping students overcome their fear of speaking English and communicate with confidence. Many of my students have improved their exam results and real-life communication skills.
My classes include simple explanations, practical exercises, and interactive activities. I create a positive and comfortable learning environment where students feel motivated. Teaching English is my passion, and I aim to make a lasting impact on every student’s journey.

I follow a student-centred ESL teaching methodology that blends real-world examples with interactive practice. Real-life case studies are central to my lessons, helping students see how English is used in everyday situations, work environments, and academic contexts.
Motivation is a key part of my teaching, and I create an encouraging atmosphere where students feel confident to participate actively. Problem-solving exercises, such as role-plays, discussions, and scenario-based tasks, improve fluency, thinking skills, and adaptability.
I teach with integrity by providing honest feedback and clear guidance to help students track their progress. Flexibility is essential, so I adjust lessons based on each student’s learning style, level, and goals.
Alongside ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing to ensure full language development.
