About Lily

I am a committed ESL tutor with 14 years of experience helping high school and college students learn English. Teaching is something I truly enjoy, and I always aim to make learning meaningful and enjoyable. I have worked with around 150 to 200 students, helping them improve step by step.

This experience has helped me become a patient and understanding teacher. A major milestone in my journey has been helping students gain confidence in speaking English. Many of them have improved their communication skills and academic performance.

My teaching approach is simple, interactive, and encouraging. I create a comfortable environment where students feel motivated to learn. My goal is to help students grow and succeed in their English learning journey.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology for ESL is centred on helping students become confident, fluent, and independent communicators. I use real-life examples and case studies to make lessons practical and easy to understand, helping students connect learning with real-world situations.

I focus on motivation by encouraging students and creating a positive learning environment where they feel comfortable to participate. I include problem-solving techniques such as role-plays, discussions, and real-life scenarios that improve both communication and critical thinking skills.

I teach with integrity by providing honest feedback and guiding students clearly through each stage of learning. I also maintain flexibility by adapting lessons according to each student’s learning style, pace, and goals.

Besides ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills to ensure complete language development.
