About Erin
I am a professional percussionist with over 20 years of experience, combining performance expertise, technical knowledge, and professional industry experience. My background includes live audio engineering for the Houston Improv, where precision and professionalism were essential for every show, as well as serving as a Campus Ambassador for the Recording Academy, reflecting my leadership and dedication to the music industry.
As a percussionist, I have competed at the UIL level, performing in solos, ensembles, concert bands, and performance bands. I bring that high-level musicianship and competitive experience to every lesson, teaching technical skills, musicality, and performance confidence.
My lessons are structured, individualized, and results-driven, designed to build strong foundations while encouraging creativity and growth. Students and families can expect professionalism, clear communication, and a supportive environment that fosters both skill development and stage readiness.

As a former Audio Engineer for the Houston Improv and a Campus Ambassador for the Recording Academy, I understand what it takes to perform confidently on stage and operate at a professional standard. I’ve worked in high-pressure live environments alongside nationally recognized performers, so I teach students how to stay prepared, adaptable, and performance-ready.
