About AJ
I am AJ, a self-taught professional freestyle trampoline athlete who competes at the world championships. Through years of training, traveling, and pushing my own limits, I have developed a strong understanding of skill progression, technique, and overcoming challenges.
I want to share my experience with other athletes and help them achieve their goals, whether they are learning their first tricks or working towards advanced freestyle combinations. I enjoy helping people build confidence, improve their skills, and discover how rewarding trampoline can be.

As a self-taught international freestyle trampoline athlete, I understand that every athlete learns differently. My coaching focuses on breaking down tricks into simple, achievable steps so you can progress safely and confidently.
Whether you're learning your first backflip, improving twists, or working towards advanced freestyle combinations, I'll analyse your technique, identify what's holding you back, and provide clear drills and corrections tailored to your ability.
Lessons are available online through detailed video analysis or in person around Perth. Online coaching includes personalised feedback on your videos, technical breakdowns, progression plans, and ongoing support between sessions.
My lessons are suitable for beginners through to advanced freestyle athletes of all ages who want to improve their skills, build confidence, and progress faster while training as safely as possible.
Having taught myself and competed internationally, I know the challenges of learning new tricks without the right guidance. My goal is to help athletes avoid common mistakes, develop solid technique, and reach their freestyle goals more efficiently.
