About Oscar
I have been teaching guitar for over eleven years, blending my experience as a performer, composer, and educator to guide students toward mastery and creative freedom. Witnessing learners develop confidence and their own musical voice is my greatest reward, and it motivates me to continually improve my teaching methods. I teach with patience, encouragement, and adaptability, ensuring that lessons remain both structured and inspiring. Each session is tailored to the student’s individual style, goals, and pace, blending technique with improvisation to foster growth, creativity, and enjoyment. Outside teaching, I perform regularly, compose music, and collaborate with other artists to maintain inspiration and creativity. Guitar instruction is more than a career — it’s a lifelong mission to share musical artistry, creativity, and confidence with every student I teach.

Guitar learning is a blend of discipline, creativity, and personal expression. My lessons focus on helping students develop solid technical foundations while encouraging individual artistic exploration. I create an engaging, motivating environment where learners can experiment freely, gain confidence, and connect emotionally with the music they play. Every session combines structured skill-building with enjoyable exercises that keep motivation high.
Beginners start with chords, strumming patterns, and rhythm exercises to establish a solid base. Intermediate students explore scales, fingerstyle techniques, and improvisation, expanding versatility and creativity. Advanced learners focus on composition, interpretation, and performance skills, refining their musical identity while developing confidence and stage presence. Lessons are fully customized to each student’s goals and progress.
By the end of the course, students not only master technical skills but also develop a personal voice and expressive confidence. They gain the ability to perform, compose, and interpret music with authenticity. My ultimate goal is to cultivate musicians who are independent, imaginative, and deeply connected to their instrument and music as a lifelong passion.
