About Sliman
My name is Sliman, a passionate fitness and boxing coach dedicated to empowering individuals through physical transformation and mental discipline. Athletics has always been a fundamental part of my life, and over the years, I have seen firsthand how structured training can build confidence, resilience, and strength. I teach because I am genuinely motivated by helping people overcome their personal limits, develop healthier lifestyles, and master the art of boxing in a motivating, result-driven environment.

My training approach focuses on building strong fundamentals, functional strength, and real boxing skills in a supportive, high-energy environment. As a certified fitness and boxing trainer, I design fully personalized sessions tailored to your fitness level, age, and individual goals—whether you are a beginner looking to get in shape or an advanced practitioner perfecting technique.
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes and includes a dynamic warm-up, technical pad work, footwork drills, and targeted conditioning. My name is Sliman, and I am committed to helping you increase your endurance, sharpen your mental focus, and achieve visible results safely and efficiently.
