About Michael
As a student I was a 3-time state mathematics champion (1-NM, 2-VA). 2-time National runner-up. I have used mathematics as a student, pilot, builder, teacher, agriculture worker, furniture maker.
I understand mathematics so well that I am often asked to present at all levels of education. I not only teach you what you need to know, but also the exam-traps to watch out for, and shortcuts. I teach in a way that you will truly understand.

I can cover sections like a classroom teacher. What I prefer is to work with the books, homework, tests, etc that the student wants me to focus on. I’m a gifted tutor in that I have an ability to put the concept into examples the student understands. I will also send pages of samples, with explanations electronically so as to greatly cut down on the time/cost it takes the student. I want YOU to succeed.
