About Karen
I have been teaching Maths in schools & colleges since 2009, however I started tutoring in 2000. My specialism is in GCSE Maths, but I do teach levels above and below this. I am experienced in teaching full classes and one to one and I also teach other personal development subjects, e.g. Motivation, Equality & Diversity and Health & Safety.

I have great success with teaching those who feel they 'cant do it' and vary my method according to the needs of the student. A major focus is to try to get the student to relax a little and dare I say, enjoy learning, which I encourage through a relaxed and where possible, humorous approach.
