I am a professional Mechanical Engineer, with an MSc in Biomedical Engineering and I’m currently studying part-time towards my PhD in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering.
I have been working part-time as a tutor for the past 5 years. Most recently I was employed by the London School of Tuition where I was teaching Maths & Science for KS2, KS3, GCSEs and A-levels, and covering all subjects for Reception and KS1. During my studies in the university I was also helping undergraduates in their engineering modules and coach them on their thesis writing.
I love teaching and especially working with kids. The reward for me is to help them become confident and discover their passion for maths and science, as I was in their age.
I believe that teaching should be fun and efficient without overloading the student with tons of homework. I try to explain all the subject as thorough as possible, solve lots of examples together during our lesson and give them quick exercises to do on their own time just to make sure that everything we have covered is well understood.
